About Sadler's Wells East:
Sadler’s Wells is a world-leading creative organisation, dedicated to presenting, producing and touring dance made today in all its forms. Sadler’s Wells commissions, presents and produces more dance than any other theatre in the world – from tango to hip hop, ballet to flamenco, Bollywood to cutting-edge contemporary dance.
The Role:
Take an active role in the operation across both the bar and café. Be a positive customer facing team player.
Support the events team when required, be flexible and knowledgeable across all areas.
Drive sales display a strong knowledge of all products available in all catering outlets.
Be familiar with all food safety and health and safety policies to ensure compliance.
Be competent to open and close a shift.
Support operations at other sites when required.
Requirements:
Experience working in a busy bar and/or café environment.
Articulate, welcoming and polite, confident in a customer facing role.
Strong work ethic with the ability to use your own initiative and prioritise.
A basic understanding of Food Safety and Health & Safety.
Level-headed, sensible, trustworthy and reliable.
Team player.
A passion for hospitality.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
Must currently hold the right to work in the UK.
