Empowering Young People for Green Careers
The Voyage Jobs Club and & HyPE programmes are launching soon, providing young people with the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to build a career in the green sector. With climate change and sustainability at the forefront of global discussions, there is a rising demand for a skilled workforce in renewable energy and environmental industries.
However, many young people, particularly from underrepresented backgrounds, lack access to the training and career pathways that can lead to these opportunities. HyPE bridges this gap by providing hands-on experience, accredited training, and professional mentorship, ensuring that young people are prepared to step into meaningful, future-proof careers while contributing to a more sustainable world.

Accredited Training & Paid Work Experience
HyPE participants will benefit from:
- Two weeks of accredited training on renewable energy systems
- Two weeks of paid work experience with leading organisations
