Aim for Success (A4S) is an employability programme designed to support young people of colour aged between 16 - 20 in London to develop the skills, confidence, and experience needed to succeed in the world of work.

Through weekly sessions, you will take part in interactive workshops, hear directly from industry professionals, and receive support with CV writing, interview preparation, and career development.

The programme also offers the opportunity to access paid work experience placements during the summer months (July–August). This will be a competitive process, you will need to interview for placements, however these placements are not open to people outside of Voyage A4S.

A4S is designed for young people who are motivated to learn, grow, and take their next steps towards education, employment, or training. No prior experience is required, just commitment and a willingness to engage.
