We are proud to announce that our unique empowerment programme Young Leaders for Safer Cities is now underway and our Induction day is at Hackney Community College on Saturday the 24th March at 9:00 am
Our YLFSC course is unique, accredited and empowering, helping
- Schools improve school achievement and improvement targets whilst complementing
- Young people achieve their leadership potential
- To create a culture of youth leadership and resilience in communities
We believe this will build a strong and powerful voice of young people supported and trained with the ability to challenge whilst creating stronger, resilient and safer communities.
Young Leaders for Safer Cities Dates
Our second cohort of Young Leaders for Safer Cities will be starting on Saturday 24th March 2018 and we will be holding a parents induction workshop from 9.15am – 10.30am in order to give parents more information regarding the program
The parental workshop will be lead by our very own CEO Paul Anderson MBE who will on hand to set out the programme in detail, how we intend to report on progress and answer any questions about the programme. Please do wait in the college reception until you are called into the presentation starting promptly at 9.15am. At the same time as the parental workshop, all young people will be escorted to their classrooms to start their introductory workshops. By the end of the day, all young people will be well acquainted with the staff, our code of conduct and all course requirements.
