Volunteers
VOYAGE works across London with schools, community organisations, local businesses and Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) officers and staff volunteers to deliver our programmes and workshops.
VOYAGE always needs volunteers to support and extend its programmes and workshops. Ideally, you will have some experience working with young people e.g. as youth, community workers, teaching assistants, school mentors and advisors, particularly in the London areas where VOYAGE operates. The both Horizons and our Young Leaders for Safer Cities (YlfSC) programmes require significant contributions from Police volunteers who support the individual programme strands we deliver.
All VOYAGE volunteers will receive training and support to deliver our programmes, and as well as the satisfaction of helping to improve the lives of young people, will gain valuable experience and evidence to support your own career development.
Voyage is committed to the involvement and participation of volunteers, recognising the importance of these contributions in making our work hugely engaging and highly stimulating.
If you are interested in becoming a volunteer please contact us for more information.
